I meant no offense. Let them joke around about the RNC, I'm sure they'll have the ammo. It will be interesting to see how the Clinton factor plays into the DNC tonight.

Whats funny is the speakers at the convention tonight, did you just see the lady from S. Carolina telling some sorry ass sob story about losing a job shes had for 30 years. She remembers "a time, when the government would look after people like me"( an uneducated factory worker, that made her own bad choices in life) Can you say WELFARE.
I've got just as good of sob story, a town I went to HS in was founded as a iron mining town, 90% of the town was employed in that industry. When the area was mined out during WW2, the mines closed, and all lost their jobs. Scorpion snowmobile Co was founded in the late 50's, and used many of the old mining buildings, and employed most of the town. Scorpion went out of business in the early 80's, and all lost their jobs. Know what? The government didn't come to the rescue, and the town, and it's people have survived. It's called life, some of these A-holes should get One, and quit beiing so dependant on the government.
I'm watching the DNC on tv to stay open minded, and give them a chance to sway me to vote for their candidate. So far they seem way to socialist for me. I used to be a dem, but they have swung waaaaay to far left for me in the past few years. And when they chose Howard (wacko) Dean as the chair, that pretty much sumed up the democratic party for me.
Almost every one of these speakers tonight are playing the "blame game"
They all seem to want big brother to help everyone. What a laugh, I don't hear any ideas that are swaying me any, mostly bashing, and promises I've heard at both the DNC and RNC for years and years.

P.S. Boy, I sure am sorry I had a dinner date last night and missed Terd Kennedy speak.
His brother John F was the last decent democrat!

I agree on all points. Dean is an idiot. Why anyone would put in in a position of authority is beyond me :-(
