Default Team RCC's 8 year old

I have to let everyone know how proud I am of Tyler's performance This weekend at the 08 RCCrawler nationals.
He really had his mind in the right place when it was his time to run and in my eyes laid down some really great runs.
He unfortunately was plagued with electrical issues in super causing him to have to take a off course repair on one course and a on course repair and time out on another.
But even with all that he made his dad proud finishing in 8th place in super.

In 2.2 he drove his heart out to a 49th place finish.

Not to bad for a 8 year old.

I do believe I have created a monster

Joe, just think of the profit potential!

You can rent Tyler out to other crawlers for crawling lessons!

Oh, since I came up w/ the idea, do I get the first hour free?

I already commented in Tyler's build thread about his weekend. I said I noticed his focus and intensity. Good kid Joe you have every right to be proud of him.

Watching Ty run was a pleasure, definitely has a good eye for lines and plenty of dexterity to make his car do what he wants it to. Doesn't get bent out of shape if he falls off line, just regroups and gets back on it.
What a great addition to TEAM RCC!!!!

Thats Awesome that he can have those type of problems in Super and still finish where he did. I'd say that next year might be his shot,. I think you and Kamikazee and the rest of the guys in SERCRC had better look out

Props to Tyler on the great runs. The boys got skills no doubt....good coach to. I was impressed when ya'll ran at the Waterfall. Hopefully we can get together and crawl some next year. Reckon Tyler would teach me a few things?

I was so happy to be judging and have the opportunity to watch him run in both classes Joe. Tyler is a great kid and drives really well. He was listening to your advice and executing like a champ.
Congratulations to both of you guys and I hope to see you guys again. My arm still hurts from him punching me at dinner. :-P

Good deal!

He's got some competition.

Jeff is 3 years old, been driving off and on for over a year now.

He'll be competing at at the Scale comp here in Augusta.

He may be working on passing a bill, but it hasn't come to the President for the veto yet

LOL I'm sure a lot of guys have sore arms after being around him for two days. I'm gonna have to break him of that.
