My only complaint is those dumb reflectors right in the center! |

yeah, they are required to be street legal. my current aftermarket taillights have them in the exact same spot. but yeah, i would have prefered a thin strip of reflective at the bottom edge or something.

As long as they arent clear then I dont think LED taillights look too bad. Those would look good, IMO. Maybe you can Chop them into a pic of your ride...

HELL NO!!! DOn't degrade one of the last true F-Bodies. SS's are not meant to be riced at all. Be different and keep it original.

lol my car is FAR from origonal. infact between the firewall and rad, i cant count the factory peices on 1 hand. bmw, lexus, infinity, audi etc all have similiar taillights, red lenses, with red leds behind them i dont think they look rice, bad ass would be the word |

I'm not a fan of them, I'd stick with the OEM tail lights.

I think they look good but It's hard to tell when they're not fitted in a car.

Those lights will probably require modification to the circuit board that controls the blinkers. Just like when one light is out, these will blink faster when you use them...

Either way it's a great looking ride I would stick with OEM personally but I'm more restoration orientated than most.

although there appears to be some kind of control module with it (seen in back view above) that may overcome the fast blinkers. | |

Stick with OEM. If clearcorners made some for the Camaro, I'd say go with them, but they don't.

Yeah, I put LEDs in my Jeep turn signals and had to modify the circuit board to get them to blink properly. Then I saw that module later down the road...

I vote yes for the LEDs. I think they look so much cleaner. Nice crisp light. Definitely not ricey.

Stick with the OEM housings and get some LED replacement "bulbs." Search on google and you will find a few manufacturers. You will get the benefits of an instant on light and they won't burn out like incandescent bulbs. You may need to wire in a resistor depending on your factory wiring and bulbs. Measure the resistance of the stock bulb, subtract the resistance from the LED bulb and the remaining resistance is what you need to add in the form of a resistor.
