i think since the truck is so long you could probably put some real 2.2s on there and it would look even better than that. But you might have problems shreding the stock plastic gears.

I tried the 2.2 first and its way too big. And I also dont think that the stock tranny will handle em. Since this truck is mainly for crawling I think I'll stick with these tires.

Hey guys, I see the VMG is an ever on going process. I thought I'd jump in and say that I am finally getting some bearings for the sucker. Out of pocket expenses has been surprisingly minimal here at college, so I plan to get some bearings and maybe a motor. I also have a tire/rim combo up my sleeve...
