Thats Rayovac home company. The market is pretty much dominated by Duracell and Energizer. And when do you ever see an ad for Rayovac.

Bummer! I use Rayovac's in my radio. Cheaper than Energizer or Duracell and they work just fine! |

me too. i buy the 20-36 packs of the AA rayovaks all the time. SO much cheaper and last just as long. cheap enough i dont fool with rechargables, plus you get the extra voltage that helps the Tx signal so much.

Just wire in a Lipo pack to your radio. Seems like buying a 2s pack and charging it would be cheaper and easier than buying tons of batteries each month. Not to mention a 2s pack would run that radio for a long time, just remember to unplug it when not in use. Speaking of batteries... you all properly dispose of your old/dead batteries right? Just not tossing them in the trash, right? Take for example the Elite 1100mah 2s 15C from CBP. For $14 it'll run your radio just fine. I bet most spend more than that on batteries a month for just their radio. Last edited by toyofast; 02-04-2009 at 06:57 PM. |
