Seen it before. I had a bunch of pics of it from EJS in Moab from a year or two ago. Also seen a Grand Cherokee ZJ done up like that too.

It's just an XJ with the rear roof cut off...a cab back added, and a "bed" fashioned in. Possibly even a rear portion of an MJ grafted on. Not a conversion...unless you convert it yourself in your garage :-P

IIRC it was a show truck at sema last year...dont know too much on it though...my buddy did pretty much the same thing with his xj, only his was a 4 door. he cut off from the last back window and fabbed in a MJ tailgate looks pretty pimp!

We have many 4-door and some 2-door XJ's rolling around here that are chopped like that. Sawzall, plasma cutter, grinder and welder make great garage items.

Once you chop into a unibody wheeling rig you better be ready to add lots of structural supports and roll cage of some sort.
