where can i get cool pics the right size for a avater aand how do i make custom ones?

Just use a pic you already have, then go into a program for image editing, resize them to 100x100 pixels (that's the biggest most forums allow), and upload them to the site. If you don't have a program like that, email me the pic, and I'll do it for you. :)
