Default Scale run on top of a 70 foot tall scaffold.

I did a scale run on top of a scaffold today. Did he just say on top of a scaffold? Yep.

My never ending quest to find new spots to crawl and take pics, lead me to climb a 70 foot (23 meters) scaffold under a bridge being repaired. It was worth the climb, the view was great, and the crawling was very unique to say the least. I had a good time up there, and wish I could have stayed longer, but it wasn't exactly legal to be up there.

Some of the pics are with my GoPro camera, and some are with my Canon. I think the pics came out pretty well, let me know what you think.

Enjoy.

Here I am on my way up, with my truck tied to my backpack.

So you can get an idea of how high up this is.

On my way back down.

wow, I'm glad you're no where near any of my jobsites...
That's amazingly risky going up there if you're not an experienced scaffolding worker. The pro's have to be tied off up there for a reason.
I can totally understand the draw of climbing up there, but for christ's sake be careful, it's way too easy to bail off stuff like that.

I've been on scaffolds before, but nothing that tall. The ladder on that scaffold was just wide enough to get my boot in the rungs, so it was a little tuff to climb, but the pics were worth it.

Glad you guys like them.
