| Crazy 1/8 Unimog All Hand Made
Not much of a looker but when I saw the website and found out that the guy built it all by hand down to the axles... The website is in German or Czech only but still interesting to flick through and see that the level of engineering is great !!! http://www.makau.ch/ For the photo page of the axle press "Uni v. E.Würsten" and then "Buphase" To see the Mog axle cad and plans click the part that says "PLANUNG" on the right and then "Getriebeplanung" to see the axle plans and others for other stuff... I liked these better than the You Tube vids Videos von "makau" has a few in there >>>http://www.myvideo.de/watch/1706765/...hrt_im_Schlamm The You Tube Video Is not So great but here >>> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EzWRlLA3nrY&feature=quicklist& playnext=5&playnext_from=QL |

@ TheHeadHunter There's been another thread on my Mog under 1:8 Unimog but thanks for your comments. The axles you're referring to are the ones from a mate whose model is featured under that link. My axles are based on his design an featured under the section 'Bau des Modells' (building the model) --> 'Antriebsstrang' (drive train'). By the way: The site is written in German and I'm Swiss However, there's another thread under http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/showthread.php?t=28044 (shameless link - I hope I won't get punished) which is in English. Happy modelling Martin |
