| Delivery Confirmation?
Did you know that "Delivery Confirmation" was Trade Marked by the USPS? How do you TM something like that? And at what point do you get in trouble for using that? Would it be something that they would only go after you if you tried to use it as business or something? I was tracking a package tonight and noticed it....."Delivery Confirmation TM"?

I think the phrase "lets get ready to rumble" is trade marked and Paris Hilton tried to get "thats hot" trademarked as well...

Didn't Harley-Davidson try to trademark the exhaust noise of their engines? |

The sports announcer who yells 'GOOOAAAL' (or whatever it is) when they score during football (soccer) games, also Trade Marked that noise he makes.

I guess I don't fully understand what happens if you say whatever it is that is TM'ed? Can you not say these things by law? Or is it that you can't say these things and make $ off of it? Does this not go against our freedom of speech?

If I was USPS I would not be proud of the "Delivery Confirmation" because it sucks. I woulnd't waste the time to trademark it. You get much better info from UPS or FedEx.

I'm just waiting for the first person to trademark the terms TM, T.M. and trademark in both noun and verb forms. |
