| Re: Beers yea terrible is a good word. On another note check out a couple things I got for Christmas. 1. A Octoberfest Beer Boot. 2. A Spaten/Franziskaner Beer mat for my kegerator. This glass is really neat it holds like 24oz of beer its definitely my new drinking glass I drank that bottle of Delirium Noel in it. Last edited by akguanja; 12-26-2011 at 05:45 PM. |

Not sure if it's been posted on here yet. Currently my favorite "seasonal" beer. Nice and fresh, not very hoppy, great to drink while hanging out as BS'ing with buddies and watching football. Careful though...it's 7.8%. From the guys that brought you Fat Tire Amber. |

Over on Head-Fi there's mention that Founders' Breakfast Stout is running out, but I find them all over the place here, but just in case I wanted to get in on some while I can. Bottled on 12/01, so that seems pretty fresh to me. Weird after not having a cup of coffee since November 4th, but this stuff is excellent! Strong too at 8.3% |

10 o'clock and I ain't working so I'm drinking! But today is my last day for a month due to a pill I'll be taking. So I figure I might as well spend $27 on ten beers. Four Founders Breakfast Stouts, and six Centennials. A little embarrassing, but I have a yeast fungal thing going on in my head, and have for some time, that could be attributed to drinking, or not. And I mentioned the beers sitting on the yeast in the bottle, like Racer 5 and the Unibroue beers. He said, "It's possible." You've been warned. Otherwise, cheers! |

I really enjoyed it. For a young compared to most Belgian Abbey breweries American brewer to nail the essence of a Belgian Quad dead on was great! I love Belgian trappist, tripels, and quads. They were out at my beer store of all that I would usually get. It is heavy beer season so I gave it a shot, glad I did. I will certainly get it again. Plus at almost 10% I had a decent little buzz after downing a 750. | ||
