Default Thanks!!!

I just wanted to thank Rich T. for the excellent response to my need for worm gears. Not only did he get them to me before the next comp,he got them to me with enough time to go practice! Thanks again.

He does an amazing job of taking care of problems. I wrote him a personal email describing my issues with my worms and tranny and he responded with in about an hour even though he was leaving for Spain that day. I had replacement worms in about 2-3 days and did they need changing. Great service!

Upgrade the axles in the new kits and charge a little more then this will definitely be the kit to buy.

I think most everyone had to send pics, how else are you going to prove you have an issue?

Thanks guys, I/we are committed to making sure that everyone enjoys the Comp Crawler and really gets to see what it can do. Trust me when I say that I share your frustration.

As for pictures, you do not have to send me pictures, but it would really help me with my case for the vendor that produced them. I want to show them that this is unacceptable and if I have pictures it helps to back up the message.

Mesooners, shoot me and email with your shipping info and chassis serial number to rtrujillo@losi.com

Thanks again,
Rich

BTW I'll also take camera phone pictures

Ya it's just not that hard to send out a digi pic,to get your issue taken care of for free!It really is great cust service, everyones had to deal with waranty in some way or the other and 2-3 days no charge is pretty damn good. They could've had you send the whole kit back inspect it and get back to you, sometime.
You need to take them apart anyway to set up and grease.
