Default Into helis? Check this out!!

I work as a machinist for a helicopter company in AZ. One of our customers from across the pond somewhere sent us this to check out. From what I was told, he built this from scratch himself! (Including the turbine engine Well, except for maybe the plastic main drive assy. and tail rotor assy. I thought it was pretty awesome and thought some of you might like to see it.

The airframe is roughly 4' long (didn't think to grap a tape measure) to give you an idea of size. He didn't send the main blades or a radio, or else I would have fired this thing up already! (that is, when management wasn't looking... ...I know I'd crash the thing). I just wanna hear it run!

I think it's pretty sick looking myself. I'm not sure when we're going to send it back, but I'll make sure to enclose a note with the packing slip asking him to email a vid of it flying.

I've never owned anything but electric stuff (well, except for that nitro TC3, but I got rid of that after the first 10 minutes of owning it... ), does a turbine burn nitro fuel as well, or something different?

I believe that they start on Propane and then switch to high % nitro.
im not really sure about the main gas but i know for a fact that it starts on Propane. Maby even run propane.

The scale turbines I have seen start on Propane and run on turbine fuel....jp5. just low grade kerosine with additives.
