Not that it would made any difference upfront

I watched the Sky broadcast a few hours after it aired.

I didn't keep track. I heard Hamilton say something but I think he kept going?

Yup, everyone kept going, because the teams keep counting laps, until it was official the race was over

Let's see, nobody likes the lack of noise, the drivers are overwhelmed by the amount of "non-driving" steering wheel adjustments, Ferrari is imploding, Mercedes has twice the engine (sorry, power unit, WTF) as some, Maldonado has taken Grosjean's out of control trophy, Kobayashi is back to zilch, Masa has more points than Räikkönen, McLaren is suing Red Bull...

It's sad to say, if it wasn't for the rain, this season would be pretty dull (e.g. Braun dominated double diffuser season).

What's this Mclaren suing Red Bull about?

Guess I can look.

Almost immediately McLaren disputed the appointment.
McLaren racing director Eric Boullier stated: "Dan Fallows has a legally binding contract with McLaren and the matter is now in the hands of our lawyers."
And those lawyers are now pressing ahead with High Court action.
According to McLaren group chief executive Ron Dennis, Fallows signed a legally-binding contract with the Woking team only to pull a U-turn and head to Red Bull.
"To be honest that's completely unacceptable to us," Dennis told Autosport.
"Just days before Fallows' McLaren start date - and despite having signed a legally-binding contract with McLaren, being on gardening leave from Red Bull, and moving to a new home near Woking - he suddenly informed us that he no longer wanted to work for us.
"The problem was, he had no legal basis on which to make that U-turn because he'd already formally accepted, and contracted himself to, our offer of employment."
He added: "Sadly, it's now likely that McLaren will have no alternative other than to pursue a High Court action against Red Bull, which will ask very serious questions as to that team's integrity and sense of fair play."
The Brit also claimed that McLaren's attempts to contact Fallows prior to the Red Bull announcement had been "met with stony silence."

He signed a legally binding contract. Seems foolish to leave RB, sign w/McLaren, then U turn before you even start.

Seems dumb.

Came across this, and found it funny enough to share. But Youtube is not cooperating with the embedding or anything at the moment really, and I'm tired of having this link on my desktop, so here it is. Speed comparo through Eau Rouge.

Ferrari lapped!

Meh, wake me up when it's 2010...

(Brawn GP reference, duh)

But on a side note, the Red Bulls are coming.

Almost everyone was lapped! The Ferraris had a helllll of a battle. Good stuff there.

Maldonado rules! Deeeerp.

Don't care about RedBull, but do care about Adrian Newey's future.

MAL is done as is VER.

Newey ain't going anywhere. He just wants a better power unit. Chassis is as good as any. Renault will have a new PU for next season that will be more competitive. Don't rule Honda out for RB either. HAM/Mercworks have this season all wrapped up.

The intra-team battles are the high point this year...and the Ferrari design struggles. Love their drivers, not their entitled brand.

Go SFI/Williams/McL! Bring the heat on Ferrari!
