I made a phone call EeePee
The reason Hams car was bottoming out more than normal was his fault
Apparently he left his wallet in the glove box , and also forgot to take his Taylor Swift cd,s out of his cd stacker as a result of this his sprung weight didn,t match up with his unsprung weight transfer ratio.
Apparently Mercedes are taking the excess titanium consumption out of his wages

Bernie's on the back foot lately. He's 80 or 85 or so. That's just too old at this point.

Meh. Though Honda does real well in other motorsports. Can't like, can't dislike. We'll see.

“I don’t think Lewis is great yet,” said Moss

“We know Vettel is in there, and Alonso. And Lewis is slightly less valued than someone like Jim Clark but he’s certainly on the way."

“I would think if he clinches the title this year then he would be considered the same,” said the 16-time grand prix winner.

"I don't think Nico [Rosberg] will ever beat him, actually.”

Kick his ass tomorrow HAM!

Kimi, not so happy...

And 3 of the 4 Renault powered cars already on their 4th power units, and the 4th on it's 3rd...

Yeah, how'd that work out?

Someone posted this and it's awesome.

Lights out and away we mow!

There was some nice on track battles, not at the front but good to see. The whole weekend belonged to ROS... Dominant... At least we didn't have to hear any crying from him.

Happy to see HAM fight back for 2nd after blowing his start, which has been his strong point all season.

Ferrari back off the pace though. Hmmm. But VET I'm the podium interview was great. "A race driver will always have something to complain about, especially if German" or something like that. I fell off the couch laughing.

I love the new McClaren livery! Yay, no more shiny cars!

Forget Hamilton Alonso and Vettle Vestappen just might be the guy to break Schumcher's hold on all the top records? At seventeen he's going to be around a loooong time and he's talented. Two years out of Karting no car experience to speak of I think he's interesting.

I agree, that kid has talent and will be one to watch. Give him a couple years of seat time then 'graduate' him to a contender team.

VET on the podium was good. Ferrari screwed up, they know it. Pace is there though. BOT put a major damper on Kimi's race, which is good for him but bad for Kimi. And falls right inline with Bottas in a Ferrari next year.

Lil Max VES has been racing for 13 years. He even says he's not new to this. A school failure but fast on track, because his father. He showed a lot of weakness this weekend. Bad car management, ie tires and fuel. And thus barely on TV unlike last race where they showed his every unsafe dive bomb he made on people. They probably told him to knock it off. And rightly so.

We saw Kimi more than anyone I think.

Years in a kart do not an F1 driver make though, he's new despite what he thinks or says. Karting is like nascar with turns in both directions, bumping and rubbing is part of the game. That does not fly in open wheel, you need to be smooth or parts go flying with even the smallest of brushes.

Which is why I said give him a few years. Not only to gain a little more F1 seat time, which should help with car management. But also to outgrow that invincibility that most 17 year olds carry, which should help with his on track safety. The kid has the raw talent or he would not be in an F1 seat at any age, just needs some time to refine the raw part.

I like Kimi, always have. Great on the radio, usually great on track. Had a rough one in Spain for sure though.

BOT, solid, just solid, and failrly consistent this season. He may just take that seat from Kimi next year. Beating his childhood role model on track, I can only imagine the feeling!

I don't know what karts you're talking about but they're open wheel just like these are. Can't bang.

Brundle said Bottas might have signed a pre contract (whatever that is) with Ferrari already.

I imagine everyone has a large smile when they pass Alonso. Poor guy, who's got 40 million in the bank no matter what.

Karts like this:

They have a 'bump bar' on the back, nerf bars on the sides, and the tube frame structure to the front of the front wing. There is some rubbing that goes on. Comparing to nascar was an exaggeration, but they certainly allow for a lot more contact and aggressiveness than a multimillion dollar fragile F1 car.

Alright. Same page. Old friend went from AutoX to those and has more than one. Used to ask me to help or crew for him and I did. Then asked if I wanted to drive but I declined. I was too scared to screw up, cause it's not mine and crashing other people's cars is an expensive hobby I tried once. And there was no beer holder.
