I wouldnt piss on a hummer if it was on fire but thats my opinion of them. Just remember, anything is only worth as much as you are willing to pay for it.

I can't beleive that someone owned a vehicle worth that much, then stuck a generic POS sub-box in the back of it. $10 says it was a "thanks dad!!!" rig driven by a teenager.

It isnt a POS box but it is just a prebuilt Audiobahn set up. With a ride that expensive, he should have burned it to the fawkin ground and bought a real vehicle.

it is a pos box, bandpass boxes are for underpowered subs, to make them loud, a sealed box is the only way yo go if you care about sound, if your just looking for something to raddle your license plate, it will work, also audiobahn makes great amps, but there subs are nothing special, just a rich boy at best buy buying the most expensive $hit they got. ok im done ranting.

Default hummer

My step father Jeff has a H1, its alright, not my thing, Id take my 4 banger toy any day over it. I dont like driving it makes me car sick because the brakes are on the drive shafts (brakes the drive train, not the wheels) and when ever you stop if your not super gentle and ease on and off them it rocks back and fourth when you come to a stop and makes me sick I feel like im a damn boat  .

Click the image to open in full size.

I give him credit though cause he actually wheels his with my friends and I.

Personally, I like Humvees. Not the watered-down "Hummers" you see on the road, but full Military spec Humvees.

All that woodgrain cracked me up also. I am not a fan of "all-in-one luxury, urban assault, off road wannabee, soccer mom" type vehicles.

so not the ones that get stuck in mud puddles with soccer moms, but the full on roll over, high centering ones, I see.

I personally like the "Extreme Hummer" stickers. Is that when you get a special favor whilst jumping the snake river canyon?

No, more like a M1044 with a nice M2 .50cal up top. I never said I was going off road - this is just to the store and back around here

Wow, I acctually agree with moger's opinion on 1:1 vehicles for once. I mean, come on the new H1 Alpha shares a transfer case with a fawking Jeep Cherokee.

Simple fact, H1s/Hummers/HumVees make GREAT all terrain vehicles!!

They cover a lot of terrain very well, yet cover no terrain great. They are purpose built to cover a wide variety of obstacles, and for a vehicle meant for this purpose, they are excellent.

I am partial to crawling, so I personally dismiss the Hx because of IFS off the bat....................but the fact is that the vehicle isn't built to crawl. It is built to traverse multiple terrains.

The thing is wide and fat, but it serves its purpose, and it serves it very well. If most of the trails in VA weren't made by/built for .5ton PUs, I would pick one up in a heart beat, just to beat the crap out of it!!!

Yeah, they're built for a purpose, and they do suit mall crawling nicely.

exactly, a hummer is made to "get anywhere" not "go anywhere" they are for saying im here i need to get there quick you can find a way, not for trail riding.
