I don't see why it wouldn't be, If it was in Oregon it is pre DEQ so emissions doesn't really matter but not sure about your state laws. But It should be legal.

to bad that isint an original samurai I would jump on it lol, if you don't know what an original samurai is google hopestar 360.

Cool looking little rig I wouldn't worry about the cc's, geared right and it would be just fine! That could be made into a sick little ride!

maybe worth the 3k due to the good condition and the rarity in the states but ide definitely be looking elsewhere if you are looking for something to daily drive too. basically like a big 4-wheeler

I would get something a little newer like an 85 or newer sami. Or a little older vehicle that's 4x4 and gets decent mpg.

Hard to believe I am going to say this but maybe a Heep I mean Jeep, lots of them out there and depending on what year version you go for if you went that route they are good all around vehicles.

I would say maybe a toyota 4runner, but I know around here toyotas are stolen a lot and stripped a lot, not sure about where you live.

If your parents are willing to pay for the 72? I would get it and either leave it stock or put a little newer running gear in it. But I am kinda a purist in things like that I would keep it original.

Thats a cool little rig. If it runs as good as it looks, I'd buy it for $3k.
