Good luck in Cali! And thats definitely a nice sum of money! One question though, dont you still have the mini digler? Or did you break it down? Any other projects we should know of besides the clod one?

When I lived in So. Cali. I lived in Fullerton which is about 20 minutes away from Newport beach. I spent ALOT of time in Newport barhoping and surfing. The weekends we didn't go to the desert races or Glamis to play,we'd be in Newport gettin into something. I'd say it's changed in the 9 years I've lived in Tennessee but it's probly still a pretty cool place.

I understand going where the money's at. Hell, for that money I might go back to Cali. ,only if I could steal my son from my X and take him with me One thing I don't miss is all the screwed up laws they have in Cali. If a guy can learn to deal with the screwed laws,it would be a cool place to live, theres just so much opp. for things to do.

They ain't a whole lot to do here in Deliverence ,Tennessee

Fullerton huh? I was born and raised in Fullerton. Most of my family still lives there...so if and when I move back, I will make sure that I am far from there!

I looked at the Mambo wheels with spinners and just started laughing. I almost got them just for the shock factor. I just ain't pimp enough to have those Shaq Daddy wheels!

Keep in mind that I did say that there is a good chance that I'm moving to Cali....not for sure yet. The company that I am working for is buying about 9 buildings in Cali. If the deal goes through, then I am moving out there. If it doesn't, I'm staying here and taking care of their Colorado real estate portfolio.

What are you talking about? Dirk Diggler can't even drive! Now if it were Kaetwo, or PinchFlat moving out to Cali. then I would be excited!

That's true Badger. I may as well be blind folded when driving. I'd hate to see the Digler in the hands of a good driver. It would be sad for all the rest of the competitors!

Luckily, my new projects will be so good, they will make me look like a great driver!!!!

well, it's definitely a sad day when the digler gets retired. but it's been through allot and it's been inovative. looking foward to your new projects dirk. Hope the deal goes through with the job. then you'll be closer, and i can finally crawl with one of the r/c crawler legends!

The only reason that I am "retiring" the Digler is so I can spend time on other projects. I love the Digler so much that everytime I go to the hobby store to buy stuff for my new projects, I say, "hey.....that part would be cool on the Digler!!!" Then I forget about my new projects and I end up spending my time and money on Digler.
So I fixed up Digler so I wouldn't want to scratch it all up and it can be used to show people how cool rc crawling is.

As for a new project....I will finish my latest one up this weekend. No one has seen it. I haven't posted pics or talked about it at all on the forums. I will post some pics this weekend during its testing. It should be a real competitor in comps and I can't wait to see it crawl!!! I will tell you this......it is very simple. Nothing fancy at all. I really used the KISS rule while building it and I think most trucks are going to have a very tough time out doing it in the rocks.

That sounds good, any thoughts on joining the small scale crawling crowd? Its wierd, everyone running the Kongs are either parking them, or selling them. You, Toyo, and the other guy with the Twin Force from the ORCRC gang. Well as long as you promise to take pics when you do bring it out to stretch its legs from its long naps!
