Awesome, and a total turd at the same time!

"Max speed: 59mph (under 100kph) with the 2.2l 80hp engine. Don't forget to strap yourself in to withstand the incredible acceleration (0 - 59mph times are measured using a desk calendar)."

unimogs arent really known for their speed. they are just freakin cool machines that double as tractors when you need them to.

Sweeeet....that cage (or is it some type of canopy support?) on the back is scary though. Deffinately would not rely on it for any sort of protection in a rollover

Alright, head to head. You bringing the Mog with you this weekend?

BTW, this thing is bone stock, just the way it left the factory.

I've always wanted a Unimog. The look on the wife's face when I brought it home would be absolutely priceless! And the strange looks from the neighbors would be great too!

I currently own 4 Unimogs, none are new. You can still get a new one, but they are about $125,000 each and their 4wd abilities are not as good as the older ones. The state os Montana just bought 12 of them for Glacier National Park to plow and sand the Road to the Sun Highway. They said in a news brief that they were so amazed with the demo from Mercedes, it was the only truck we have ever used that would actually plow our road. They have used big bulldozers and caterpillars in the past. They get 12-20 feet of snow on that highway. That should tell you alot right there.

go to www.unimogusa.com to see a new one.
www.rockymountainmoggers.com to learn all about the older ones
www.unimog.net , then exchange, to view a classified list of ones for sale.

or PM me and I can get you one too.
