After countless searches,
Please wait 30 seconds try again in 17 seconds.............
I've had a star off and on over the years, I'd like to post up a 1.9 scaler I'm building and I can't find anyplace to purchase.
So I ask the knowledge of RCCrawler this:

What are the masses using to re-size the pics to this ridiculous size of 800 X 600?
Most of my jpegs are twice this size.

Load them into your gallery or use pic hosting size like photobucket to reduce those ridiculously sized pics down to a normal size.

I use powertoys image resizer.It's a free download from Microsoft.
