Default 1987 Ford F-150 Custom

Well dad has had this truck for as long as i can remeber! The truck is in great shape to be 23 years old. It could use new paint and carpet instead of the cut up rubber floor in it now. Its just got the good ol 300 inline six in it. I been tinkering with it a good bit here lately cleaning it up. Dad never drives it so I said what the hell il drive it. I just put new sony speakers and head unit in it. For $80 i got brand new at walmart four 6x9s and a headunit so i could not pass that up as i have had great luck with sony in the past. It put a nice seat cover on the seat not because it needed it but because i wanted it on there for the look.

Plains one day are to put a V8 in it with a five speed tranny! Its just got the four speed right now. want new bullet hole wheels in chrome and new paint. But for now im just gonna drive it around town and enjoy with dad for a while. Well on to the pics. If you got a old ford post it!

The 300 is a great motor. Not a powerhouse but it won't die as long as you keep oil in it.

Its got some kick though for what it is stock. Im gonna leave it alone for a while though. I just like cruising around town in it more than anything.

Duals? On an inline 6? That will sound like crap, trust me.

If you ever go with a V-8 swap, look at the exhaust on a Lightning truck...best sounding OEM Ford exhaust IMO.

Hope on youtube and listen to some of them. The 4.9L does not sound bad at all really.

Im gonna do away with atleast one cat. As far as the red interior goes 666 it aint that bad really. Would not have been my first choice for dang sure but when dad gave it to me and its a free truck i love it. I would rather drive it around than my 08 honda ridgeline!
