Operation Maximum Ammunition Expenditure was a huge success in redneck land. How many rounds does it take to kill an old t-bird? |

I bet there's some statistic that says any little girl who's shot an military machine gun by age 8 won't wear a prom dress by 18.

I just dont know... When they start lighting the hill up with tracers, I just dont think it can get any better for my money.. Yeah, that was probably like, 30,000 dollars worth of ammo or something crazy.. I spend like 75 bucks worth every time I go shoot my 12 guage.. :P and 25 come in a box for 3 bucks.. _bR3T7 |

I got my wife the chance to shoot full-auto a few years back. After my discharge, I've always stayed friends with the local U.S.M.C. recruiters. They were taking their poolees out for some target practice at the state police firing range with some borrowed M16A1's (Vietnam era a.k.a. the full-auto ones) from the National Guard armory (or at least I think that's where they got 'em). All those who attended were to bring $20 for ammo, spent firing semi auto at targets. I brought my bushmaster, 1000 rds. of ammo and (20) 30 rd. mags. After the practice, they were given the OK by the state to let any remaining poolees (with the cash for more ammo) to fire the weapon full-auto (since there was more than enough supervision there). She had a blast, literally. It's one of those things that's hard to describe until you try it someday. Even though she's a chick (obviously), I think she still got wood. -WRM | |
