So that's why my socks stood up by themselves in the corner after you left? They

were uncomfortable but warm to wear this morning. Now my feet are all moist

and sticky. Just took off my socks and it looks like I have webbed feet, cool.

As far as jerky goes I always use this guys sauce. He personally whips it up by

hand. You can tell he puts that personal touch in it.

for 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of meat

2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

My jerky gets the following.

Black pepper
Beef (I make 3lbs at a time)
Hot Pepper
Liquid smoke
Hotter Pepper
Misc seasonings
Usually more pepper

I don't like sweet or salty jerky.

but I don't like spicy stuff. the mix works well with any meat that I have dried. what I use when I make it for my brother in law

palm full of dry onion flakes
