Tower hobbies wanted $139.99 ,so now I think I will spend the extra $100 or so for the 94359z. I was going to buy the Hitec HS-645MG bought some of you were having problems with them. Let me know what you guys think........

I've been bragging about these servos for ages.

Well worth $100 from crispycritters.

What is the difference between the 358 and 359 besides price? There is a $44 price drop to the 358 at Tower. The only thing that I could tell was that one of them had a heat sink (does that just help dissipate the heat?), but both of them are 200oz torque.

Thanks,
Chad

Physically there's the heat sink and the 358 has a plastic gear in the driveline. That gear is the weak point in the servo.

The 359 has all metal gears.

Not sure on the electronics side of things. They might have slightly different circuitry.
