why do people sign up for a forum and not post? Rccrawler has 289 members who have not even posted once. Why do they do that?

I'd say a good half of it is all in fun.

Posting "Thats cool, nice rig" When you really think it is, is ok once in a while. Posting in every thread on the board just to have your name out there is kind of silly. And after all of us telling you to stop it, you keep doing it, so don't get mad at us, get mad at your thick skull :flipoff:

oh and in answer to the original post, maybe these people sign up intending to post but either:

A) Find the answer already in a forum so don't need to post their question

or

B) get put off by the close knit community and the 'flame the newbie' posts (which I understand when newbies ask silly questions that have been asked a zillion times before)

or

C) can't see the posts because the text isn't very clear on the dark background and go somewhere with a white background instead :wink:
