So you think because you see some video, or watch some news, etc., that you know something about "American gun culture" as you put it? Its not some culture! That "video" was a compilation of clips from the US, middle east, Africa, South America, Europe, Canada, and so on. I have seen many of those as separate clips, with their origins noted.

You live in a neutral country that rides the center line of the road, never picking sides, never taking a stand. You dont live here. And we both live in democratic country and we have a free word so i can say what i think, you can be as mad as you want becuse you hear something bad about YOUR country, i dont care if you dont like it.

I think firarms should starts small and young.
saftey is the key and being familuar with the caracturistics of your weapon same as your car.

drive a jeep like a rx7 and you'll see its not the same beast
same with large and small calibers,they require different handling techniqes to compensate for the power/recoil

I think the guy with the ak was trying to see what the weapon could handle when it comes to non stop firing in a extreme situstion.
if you dont test,you'll never really know,you'll just be guessing.
same with firing from the hip.
if you never do it you'll never learn.

I can fir my pistols from the hip and my 16" 45 fairly accuratly
but it took practice.

all members of my family know how to handle a weapon.
thats around 50 or so off the top of my head. of men women and children
that can drop a predator,beast or man.

in my life I can remember no example of the misuse of a weapon in our family.

I'm sorry but being a responsible firearm owner/user makes you a better
citizen IMO

and I plan to prepare my child to handle all obstacles.
how would you have one defend themselves from a predator?

Um, you do have something bad to say about it, you used the phrase "American Idiots". In addition, please stay in Sweden, we have enough left-thinking people here already.

The democracy in your country is far different from the democracy in the United States. That being said the personal freedoms that I have are just a bit different than yours.

See the problem is, is that some Americans, like me, dont appreciate having socialist Europeans criticize their country or its people, for no good reason, and just out of the blue. We can go on and on about your countrys neutrality in regards to politics and war. I mean it doesnt really get more pathetic than that. You guys cant even pick a side when it matters. That would make it seem that nothing matters. Aside from that, Europe on the whole, and the European union is anti-gun. There is a concerted effort to prevent European countries from being pro-gun.

Why dont you worry about your own country? Try refraining from talking crap about America, and the people that live in it. Maybe try to not be offensive. You are not in good company here in regards to your beliefs.

You may have a personal opinion about guns, I have a personal conviction about guns. They are very different concepts. Concepts that when exercised or put into action, especially a conviction, can have quite a dramatic and profound result. Yamamoto understood that, and the liberal democrats in America are terrified about that! Savvy?

If i was in sweden and was attacked by a predator i would run or hide because if i would defend myself the police would say i should have called them first and not act on my own, then i would get convicted for beating/stabbing the predator.

I can understand your thought about what you are saying about protecting you and your family if a predator would break in.

Yes im sure you are, but the country of sweden is quite smaller then the USA and dont really have the same economy that you have...or had.

We are 9million people here and USA are about 300milion, quite a difference.

I know sweden was really weak under the second world war and not sending any troops to help out in europe and letting the nazis pass thru our country, i really ashamed about that, i have not read alot of how the swedish goverment discussed under that time but imo it was a sissy act not taking part for freedom in WW2.

And yes i really appreciate and respect what you did under WW2.
