has anybody bought anything for rc planet cause thye have been jerking me around on a scx-10tr if anybody has any thing please let me know or where i can get one with no hassel thanxs

I have always had great service from RC planet. They are local for me. And a couple of guys from our club work there. Everybody there are great to deal with and are very supportive of our end of the hobby. Have you actually contacted anyone on the phone yet? |

I ordered one item that I could not locate anywhere else about a month ago...no issues at all, but it's the only time that I've ever dealt with them.

Mate & i have ordered 2 R/C cars & parts from them to be sent to Australia & have been given the run around from them. They told my mate the were sent on the 11th November & gave him 2 consingment numbers to track the items with but neither number worked so he Emailed them & they tell him they are having problems with their new web site & they are definetly on the way. Re Emailed them yesterday & they told him the items were leaving their store today. We payed extra freight to have the items sent faster & they still hadn't left their store (20 days after they said they were sent they were still sitting in there shop). I suppose they don't really care about us as were in Australia & can't do much about it. . I hope this is only a once off problem. Kyle |
