How in the hell did you get the SO to take the kids away for a month? "Damn Lucky Bastard" To do list: 1) Hit the Liquer store 2) do the painting 3) Go Fishing / Camping / Rock crawling 4) Go to the titty bar 5) repete 1,3,4 until the family is due home the next day, call Merry Maids to clean house (unless you have a topless cleaning service? then call them. |

Is your family up for some pranks? Can they take them well? I say buy one of the in house camera kits. You can pick them up for cheap at Harbor Freight set the house up with pranks everywhere! Get mom with the simple but funny rubber band around the kitchen sprayer on the sink! She cuts the water on and gets soaked! look them up on Youtube, there is a ton of them! Do something for everybody there. Film it all and post up for us all to laugh at! Have a friend help you wrap up your leg or arm like you got cut really bad. Have the family wait on you hand and foot for a day or two then show them it was just a joke! Just go rank crazy!!!!! You can spend this "free" time planing and setting them all up |

2) I definately will 3) I'll do at least 2 of those 4) No titty bars within 100 miles at least 5) They were supposed to make sure the house was clean before they left. It kinda happened. Quote:

When we lived in Phoenix and my inlaws would come to town for Christmas, my wife would temporarily relocate to her sisters house for the entire month of December so she wouldn't have to commute. Now that we live in Arkansas, they (wife, son, sis-in-law & mother-in-law) take trips during summer break to see the other two sis-in-laws and their kids. Last year it was two weeks, this year its a whole month. My step-father-in-law Neill passed away a little over a month ago, and my m-i-l took it pretty hard...worse than when her first husband died, so she figured she needed a nice long va-ca to get her head straight. Really the only thing that bothers me about the trip is them actually finding their way there and back without Neill to navigate. I bought them a gps yesterday and taught them how to use it, but I don't know... | |

If you want to go cheap on the paint, go to one of the paint recycling centers and pick up 5gal buckets for cheap. They usually have grey or white. If you want color; go to the depot and pick up a quart of something darker than you want and mix with your white... SS |
