Those little gray market trucks can be made very capable. There’s a few guys locally that have welded the spider gears and put some SxS sized wheels/tires on them with a homemade lift. Surprised me.

Damn when I saw rhe first pic I was like that is a great job on a RC take of a real one. Now that it is real, that thing is cool as F. I'd take one.

Ok done ranting. Never seen those before. Thanks for sharing. COG is obvious but what's with the drivetrain and all the screeching?

Are they running steering brakes in those things? If not, what's all the squeaking and squealing I'm hearing when they're making tight turns?

sounds like something is rubbing at full articulation.

ive got parts to start my 1/10 Suzuki challenge rig.. that will be a fun build lol.

We had a few of those up here on base. We may have abused them similarly when we made trips around perimeter road to the end of the runway.

I'd like to have one, even though the exhaust system always made that horrible racket under load.

These would fit in with the 1/4 scale truck thread in the 1:1 section, about the same size as the Suzuki

To me, the chuckling was pure joy at someone pulling some serious lines in something not made for it...

I preferred it to the drunken yells that pervade some of the rock bouncer vids.

And, yes - definitely a cultural/linguistic thing.

Sweet video!

my mousetrap was triggered this morning when I went into my shop. the mouse escaped and cleaned off my bait stick....
so I changed things around a bit and am hoping for success

new wider smashboard, spikes of death and thinner trigger poles.

The spikes of death is a nice touch.

Like the spikes of death, but I'm thinking your drop distance may be too great to execute impalement before a quick rodent could react & escape its path.

if this setup doesn't work I will shorten the vertical pole and give it a try.

For the really fast clever ones and since they stick to the walls for protection I do this.

sticky trap against wall

Peanut butter close to the wall then sticky trap at outer edge of first trap

Stick trap butted up to the lower inner edge of a trap above

Basically surrounding the peanut butter with sticky traps and unless he is spider mouse 9-10x one of the three gets him.

I do like the Spanish Inquisition decide though and hope it works but like 2mtech mentioned it might be a little high
