me im a motocrosser i have been all my life i stoped riding trails a while ago after that red sticker law

how many times do you guys ride?

i ride twice a week trying to get to "bubbas" levels

I used to ride a lot before my dad and my bro got into a serious accident at the desert. Now we are selling our bikes

I used to ride everyday, had a track and trails.I got bored with the bike eventualy so i sold it to build a massive spine mini ramp.I love the mini like my kid but i mis the bike now.I still own 2 more bikes but i need parts for them.

i trail ride. the last time out felt like trials riding. we were on rock crawling trails.

my buddy dumped his 2002 KLX400 into the gilla river the last time out and hydrolecked the motor. Bent con rod!!! sucks! less than 2000 miles on a $7,000 bike.

As for BigRed trying to get to bubbas level,...............well you had better quit any hobbys/school and ride every day for the next 10 years, then you may, just maybe could get lapped by bubba! Really bubba is a god on 2 wheels!!! Glad to see high asperations!!

were did you use to race? how big of a jump did you over shoot? as for me trying to get to bubba's level i will, i can alredy lap 450's at my practice track so when i hit 125, he's alredy at 250 class now hopefully i can break some of his records-hopefully.............glad to here some one here now bubba

My wife and i both have 2002 Polaris Scrambler 4x2's. hers is stock, mine has a high compression aluminum head and a white brothers pipe and has been bored .60 over along with an upgrade slide carb... yeah... she'll cook! but of coarse... i still have to put put a little so the wife can keep up.

Thats funny. Its one thing to have high asperations but to say you are going to get to bubba's level by riding 2 times a week is just dreaming. You want to break bubba's record? You mean RC's record he broke? Like wheels said. quit school and ride every day for many years and maybe.

And who does not know bubba? Maybe SR5_Dave, but that's only because he lives in a cave!

I have an 02 RM250, mototassinari reed block, RG3 suspension. I race hare scrambles at the local VDR motocross track (when I actually have time to) and do trail riding. I also have a 92 RM125.
My daughter has a Xtreme Machine 90cc quad, my wife has a 84 200X 3-wheeler. I also have a 74 Honda ATC 70, and a 78 Honda MR50 (both restored) for my son when he gets older.

As far as being like Bubba....no way without 100% dedication to motocross and training. Bubba is more than human on a motorcycle and the best the sport has seen. Beating locals at the practice track and whooping up on bubba are two completely different things. My friend has a son who races in local pro races and is the fastest person I have ever seen on a motorcycle, he can lap most anybody at the track on his 125 and wins pretty much all the harescrambles (even with fuel stops) but he couldn't even stay on the same lap as bubba in a race.
It's good to have dreams, and keep trying, but aim a little lower...like Mike Brown or something.

Mike Brown is the worst rider in motocross (I dont know why, he's been riding in the 125 class since they were air cooled!) The only reason he wins is cuz he takes people out or people are afraid he's gonna take them out so they let him by!

I have two bikes to my name. The first is a 1998 xr250 bored .80 over and also has a k&n airfilter. The second is a 1990 yamaha xt in the works of being a 4 second dirt drager or faster. It will inclued a white brothers header and pipe, bored .60 over, NOS nitrous system, dualcarb setup, race cam, and a 4 inch extended swingarm.
