| To all my customers
I would like to apoligize for delays in shipping, responding to questions, and getting custom orders out. I have been buried under 60 to 80 hour work weeks with huge orders and proto-type jobs, getting ready to move my family and shop 400 miles south, and taking some vacation time for the first time in 5 years (to get my house ready to sell). I have to look into 2 orders from the website, have to get some work finished up for a friend in the Dallas area, and have to finish a 4,000 part order here in the next 10 days. I will be back to normal for shipping times and order taking after that. Once again, sorry to any who feel they have been ignored or over looked. Gerame Erickson |

First off thanks to kwkride for emailing me about this thread, I did not realize it had been since the 21st of August since I was last on RCC. Please do not take my absence as leaving the hobby or anything like that, it was just a fact of the bad luck and stress that caused me to originally post this thread continued on for another month. Since I originally posted this thread things went down hill pretty bad. Between getting screwed pretty hard by one of my industrial clients, having a second laptop take a crap (my primary PC for work), and loosing a big job because of not being able to get the job done in the time that company needed it (PC issue) I just about tossed the towel in about 2 weeks ago. Anyone who is a small business and especially a one man shop knows that when things start to derail, it happens fast and it is severe. With some help from kwkride, a couple friends, and a big dose of support from Kara, my wife, I am pulling back from the edge of closing the doors on Eritex. I am caught up as far as I know and all Eritex info and files were saved and transferred to the new system. I learned my lesson from the first laptop that failed to back EVERYTHING up in a couple places. If there is an order or something that did got lost in the switch to the new laptop, please email me at... gerame@eritexinc.com Once again, thanks to all that helped me this summer. It was the most trying time I have ever been through but I think I am past the bad MoJo that has been hanging over me |
