I have no Clue. I called the number on the back of my card and they closed the account. Just had to go to paypal.com and request another card was all.

I have to call back once the transaction clears to then have them reverse it. They say they can't do anything while it's pending.

It's crazy that they wait till your money is gone before they try and do anything about it? Its like walking into a bank with a gun and saying give me all the money, but your not in trouble till you walk out of the bank! Sounds like a PayPal screw up. Your bank account is tied to your PayPal so it only makes since that they got the info that way yes?

If I dispute charges at my bank they give me the money back right then. I just fill out a dispute form and it's done.
