Turtle turtle...

No explanation really needed.

Hand-made ground beef patties, topped with sharp cheddar cheese, wrapped in a bacon weave, add hot dogs as the heads, legs, and tail.
Snip "toes" on hot dogs...they look like claws when cooked!

Next, place on an oven rack, cover loosely with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes @ 400 degrees. A little crispy, not too crunchy...just how a turtle should be, no?

dman1101 08-06-2010 01:28 PM

looks like a modified fattie it would be tasty smoked.

shierkahn 08-06-2010 01:30 PM

Seen this on the Smoker forum last week.... Looks TASTE!!!

They had suggested wrapping the dogs with foil to help with them getting a little crunchy.

I need to get my smoker done so I can make some of these good eats:ror:
