| rediscovering an old band: Creedance Clearwater Revival
long name, but guess it goes with the long hair me and audrey are always looking for laidback music to listen to on the boat, and what put us onto them was the theme song from "swamp people" we got kinda hooked on that show. anyway looked up the song and found the band. man were they the only band in the 60s and 70s? i started listening and they had a ton of songs id heard before. been listening at work all morning. CCR is an awesome band. 60's and early 70's music was ...IS..the best, Pink Floyd, BTO, Bad Company, ELO, Fleetwood Mac, Greatful Dead, Heart, Journey, Styx, Supertramp...could go on forever.

Glad to hear your liking those old guys Cory. Lots of great music back in that period. Us old guys and gals have some darn good memories that go with all those old RR tunes.

You know a band is badass if you're dad was playing them on 8 track when you were young, and you still listen to them on your mp3 player when you're older, 28 |
