thanks jason, the 2-door version looks sweet! i just fired up the torch and started cutting!
one of my friends owns impala palace and was working on a 2-door wagon using 2-door sedan doors they moved the b-pillars back with custom side glass. that thing was sick! there was also a wagon turned el camino there about 12 years ago. i still want to get another one, make a 2-door delivery out of it and turn the tail gate into a pair of delivery doors. i figured it all out a few years ago using the older suburban door hinges. i just need to find the notes and measurements.

Although I guess I can't be too upset at you.... Since my Toyota is still parked in the driveway and I have yet to touch it in over a month. I went out and picked up a very clean and low mileage ZJ though. I couldn't resist, hell... only 60K on the ticker and got it for a killer deal!

Damn thing still needs about $2000 worth of goodies before it's better looking. 6" Long arm kit, Dana 44's F/R, gears, OX lockers F/R, 33's, bumpers, sliders, bla, bla, bla....

Yeah, I miss the ol' Toyota. The new owner (RXCrawler here on RCC) is taking good care of it for me.... I'll buy it back from him some day. I was just thinking today how sweet the 4.6L/5-speed out of the 'Stang would be in a 'Yota with dual cases!

I have a TBI 4.3L ready to drop into my Toyota. Just have a laundry list of items that still need to be done though....
SAS
Dual cases
Longs
Gears(go from the 4.56's to 5.29's)
Flatbed
etc, etc.... My goal is to be trail ready or just driveable by summer.

It can be done! I think it took me a little less than 3 months to get my Toyota built..... working on it nights and weekends.

The Toyota got me in less trouble..... got a big ol' speeding ticket this morning in the 'Stang.
