So Im about 6'3" 210 and have "yo-yo'd" with lifting the last few years. About 2yrs ago I had the best routine going that I think Ive ever had. Over 4-6mths I saw noticable improvement in advancement & in the mirror. That lasted about a year before I got lazy. About 2mths ago I joined another gym and started with the same routine but have not been nearly as consistent as I want to be. But thats getting ready to change.... My question is, what are some of the best foods to eat on a regular basis to help with muscle growth? Any suppliments that would aid?? Ive taken creatine & whey years ago but recently found out from a cousin whos studying nutrition (& works at a GNC) that they sell that to anybody & everybody. Basically just a sales thing. So guys that have, or do, lift regularly give me some tips.... |

One thing to realize about supplements, is they are just that....a "Supplement" to an already well balanced diet. A good healthy diet by itself, will be a beat a supplemented shitty diet. Good luck and let us know how it turns out |
