Default I found A rock (lots of pics)

This weekend I finally got to go to the "ROCK". Its basically a descent size rock formation that is right in the middle of a dentist office parking lot. Before I lived where I live now, I lived in Port Jeff, which is where this rock is located...I never thought much of it untill last weekend when it caught my eye again on my way to my fathers house in stony brook. So after breakfast with pops I stopped on my way home to do a little bit of actual rock crawling (which is better then crawling the rocks in my mothers flower garden ) I took some cool pictures and I got some videos as well which I will put up in the video area.

The 4runner did "OK" I was really to happy because A) battery is in a crap location towards the back of the truck B) its sitting to high C) its way to fast, Its need a lathe motor horribley. So I am going to work on fixing this stuff, I am going to lower it down a bit and pick up some of those 2200nimh 2/3 cells from cheapbatterypacks.com and make a nice custom pack for it. I must say the EXO actually does protect the Runner pretty well, only damage was one mirror got ripped off but it was only held in with some shoe goo so its an easy fix.

The Courier kickedass, its really an awesome truck but I didnt realize that I could slide the battery even further forward in it, so I will do that for next time. It took a real beaten and had some pretty bad tumbles but nothing broke.

enough babble, here are some pics

stay tune for the videos.

EDIT: Videos here - http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showt...944#post267944

Those two are my favorite. They could darn near pass as a real rig. Very cool looking Yota.
