Default Everything In Moderation

I heard that today during my day, and it got me thinking, its been a while since Ive heard that phrase. What does that mean exactly?

Every person on the face of this planet has something they like to do that isnt "in their best interest". I know of one particular person on this forum that likes to drink a little beer just about every day. Hes not alone. Others like to buy a little grass once a week, or splurge on rc's more than they ought to.

Its the broadest f'n spectrum youve ever seen. From crackheads to starbucks & everything in between.

So what exactly is moderation? Is it not a subjective thing??

Yeah but that would still be more moderate than the regular bindge drinker who dies at 16, right?

Moderation is anywhere between not doing it at all and doing it enough to make it a problem.

That sounds like it leaves a lot of room for interpretation...
