| Any Law Enforcement Officers here?
The girlfriend and I recently have some harasing phone calls( someone who used to be friends with us) I need some advice from someone in the police/ law field. Need to know what we can to to prevent this, and how to go about pressing charges, taking further actions. If you are a L.E.O. Please pm me with your phone#, or be ready to exchange some messages.. Im ready to rip heads off... ( the legal way)

go to the court house file a restraining order cost 25-50 bucks , you have to have a legit reason . there will be a court date if they dont show up you win and if you get another call they are in violation of the law . Just be sure to document all the calls , if they call from another persons phone inform that person they are aiding someone in breaking a court ordered restraining order and you would like if they stopped letting him use their phone and when they say "ok" (hopefully all of this is recorded ) then they just admitted it and take his arse to court .Had to do this to my mom she would use the neighbors phone to call my wife a whore . And say she was gonna take my kids . It stopped real fast . Or you could nail the pricks cat to his door = 50.00 fine, showing him your not the dude to mess with = priceless |

Its only $50 to nail someones cat to there door...? Finally found a way to get the neighbors cats out of my barn... No but really the restraining order thing takes forever and even at that its just a slap on the wrist when they break it and if you dont have legit proof like recording every call they make and whats said in every conversation than you would get to court and have to sit there for how many umpteen hours listening to everybody elses "he said she said" cases untill yours is finally heard and then you tell your sory and they deny of course.. ( I was a wittness for a friends hearing and I tell you I will never agree to that again) but if you have hard stone proof then you can win. |

Been through this and unless they make specific death threats and/or take some kind of action the cops can't do much. My wife is a youth pastor and we had a volunterr show up who she befriended. The volunteer (I will call here Jane for conversations sake) was a former meth addict with too kids. Being all about moving on with life from bad pasts we welcomed her and spent time with her and her kids. Well, Jane was not long enough sober and as soon as ex boyfriend came back around she was back on the meth and they were making harassing phone calls to us. The police unfortunately could not do much so we just had to document/record and move on. I finely got them to quit calling by playing into meth head paranoia on the phone. I come from a drug past and know how paranoid meth heads are so I had a little fun with them, they never called again. Luckily Jane got clean again and has moved on with here life, I think the ex boyfriend threatened and beat her. Anyway, good luck. |
