Everybody has trouble with somebody. People just have trouble a bit more frequently with CKRC. Search their name here on the site, read up, and use your own judgement.

From the sounds of it, It is really a hit or miss with Ckrc. Some people have great transactions where others have horrible transactions. My buddy ordered some tires from them and they came in 3 days when he was expecting 5 day delivery. So I know he was pleased, while a few others have had problems. I dunno.
Not to diss Ckrc or take any business from anyone but Ive dealt with Rpp and them guys are EXCELLENT. Their great service has gained them a customer (me) for as long as their doors are open.

Bingo! I did this and personally made the decision to take my business elsewhere. I've had phenomenal experiences with RPP and The Crawler Store, for instance. And if you look around, very few people ever say anything negative about them which means they must be treating their customers properly. Customer service means a lot to me and these guys don't disappoint. FWIW.
