petition for crawler shell? from proline?

Does anybody know why proline, or parma does not make any Nissan shells besides the new Titan, Im thinking like the frontier, or xterra?

Do you guys think we have enough members to contact either Parma or Proline, to see if they can come out with a crawler version shell? Is this much more difficult to do from a (petition email?) and by crawler shell I mean having the shell narrow from the front and back factory, I know there is a term for that, I think its dove tailing. not sure.
:?:

maybe we can unit with CT, and we would have plenty of petitions?
I think that would boost the rc rock crawling sport even more!!

You can't petition them because you'd never get enough guys to all agree on what they want for a body. I know I sure wouldn't buy an xterra body.

well i was thinking more like using the same bronco, jeep, toyo, and having them modify the front and back for more clearence? just a thought

Yep, I wouldn't but either a xterra or frontier body. They both look like shit.

If you are going to go through all that trouble of petition then ask for something that would make it worth the trouble.

You can just do the mods yourself......get out the scissors and dremmel.

Nissan has never made a "crawler" type rig...except for the old Patrol.
I'm sure no one would want any type of NIssan body, except maybe the Aussies.

If you are going to go after a new body.....try:
Suzuki Samurai
Jeep Cherokee
International Scout

You must either be gay or drive some sortta Xterra or Liberty to say that :flipoff:

If trucks today, outside the new Power Wagon, came with even half the goodies a Scout did I would actually think and be proud to drive a late modle truck.

Granted a Scout is not the most applealing body, but hell HPI has a mold that is almost ready to go. Ford copied the Scout when it came out with the Bronco. So you get sick seein a Bronco body too :flipoff: :P

1961 IH makes the scout, body remains fairly unchanged until 1974 when the Scout II comes out. 1966 Ford makes Bronco, I really don't think Ford made the Bronco body all on thier own!
