Default Today's menu

I haven't been in the kitchen much since I got married. I used to be a cook before so I decided to sheke the rust today and cooked something for the family for dinner. Here is my favorite, Seafood Paella, enjoy:

All ingredients layed out before addin water and some heat:

Few extra touches:

Water and heat added bring to a boil and dry the water some:

Into the oven to finish cooking, 25-30 mins at 350 deg.

Voila!

That looks great, why no cooking? I am not chef by any means but I love to try new things out, good or bad.

I found something at the grocery store after seeing this and it inspired me. I found Andouille, yes a store in Utah finally has something that people outside the "bubble" would like to eat. This place sucks for adventuresome eaters like me.
