| Rc4wd aggravation!
So here I am again waiting days and days for rc4wd to ship an "instock" set of tires. It's my own fault for ordering from them. It will be the last. They have good stuff but when are they going to get their shipping department figured out. Rpp is the way to go. I can order on monday and it will be here on wed and I'm a few states away. Just wanted to throw my 2 cents .

My first order from RC4WD was a XR4 radio, it got to me in three (3) days. I just ordered a Dig II from them, got an e-mail from them the day after ordering it saying it had been shipped. So far so good. My .02

They have never shipped to me in a timely manor. Not once. Always seems to be an issue.

Ive never had it where I was like "Wow, this came fast" from Rc4wd, but I can remember a couple times saying to myself "About god damn time" and even a "this is my last time every ordering from them". Their products are awesome, just there shipping department sucks ass. Go and use their distributors. Get the same parts faster, thats what I do.

I am 2 for 4 with them. I only use them when RPP doesn't have what I am looking for. Twice they have failed to ship in a timely manner. The first time I cancelled my order after 2 weeks waiting, the second time I only waited a week before cancelling. Hit or miss in my experience. |

ordered the light kit a few months ago. week and a half later still no tracking #. Emailed them asking whats up. and based on the reply it seems like they forgot about my order entirely. I got them 4 days after that. Its kind of a letdown for a company like rc4wd. they have nice stuff and i would expect it in a timely manner. I happened to get my mud pluggers directly from TGN and they shipped out next day and got them the end of the week

Hey guys, Shipping has been backed up since the holidays. We are working to get caught up. The last thing anyone in our company wants to do is hold up orders. Our shipping team works very hard each day. We have improved a great deal over the past couple years. We continue to work harder to fix shipping issues. We hope to have live inventory on our site in the next 6 months. This will solve a great deal. We have over 1000 items we manufacture and ship daily. I always encourage everyone to use our distributors and dealers as they are quicker and most times cheaper on shipping. Support them, please. I will have meeting with the shipping team Monday to get a solution. I do thank you for posting, without this we do not know what we can improve on. Major issues, send me a PM. I will get to you ASAP. Thank you. Tom |

Slow because of the holidays?? Dude it's April. I dont mean to be a jerk or anything but to blame it on the Holidays still when a 1/3rd of the year has gone by? C'mon man.. I would have rather of just heard the response of "We're sorry, our shipping department sucks but is something we're trying to work on." At least that one is believable. Again though, you guys make killer products. Some of my favorites out there, just cant wait for the day the shipping is consistent and as awesome as the products. |
