yeah sounds familiar table rock has all the flood gates open and still not really keeping up with the added water .

Table Rock is tied to one of our lakes (Bull Shoals), in fact, pretty much anything in southern MO eventually comes our way.

edit: just saw that Norfork lake was rising 6" an hour yesterday.

Yup, looks like we're in for another round.

Just heard on the radio that the COE may decide to open the flood gates on Norfork dam, which will flood everything below it. Some of the locals are already evacuating. The lake is currenty 8' below maximum flood level, and still rising nearly 6" an hour.

Right now it looks like the worst of it is south of Little Rock and moving northeast.

This month it has rained 20/26 days in my general location in Ohio, verified by the news this morning as well.
Your complaining about 3-4 days ? LOL.

Ha! I just noticed that the weatherbug pic I posted updates every time you load this page and there is new info to be had. The storm isn't where it was when I posted it.

Don't you just LOVE Oregon weather?

At my new place we have gotten 12 inches of rain since Friday and every way to my house was covered in water yesterday. My son's school has been closed for the past 2 days because it was surrounded by water...no way to get to it without a boat.

Good thing about my place though, there is at least a 150 foot drop in every direction so if we ever flood, we should have time to build the ark.

Still wouldn't move back to Nebraska

well here is a cpl pics of the rain we got a cpl weeks ago when the tornadoes were visiting us.

this was about 2 miles from my house.and this spot(bridge)is about 4 foot over the water.wow it doesnt take long to flood.

this was in the middle of the bridge.

and a nice lightning strike pic during the tornados also.first time i have ever been able to get a pic of lightning.

We got hammered again last night. The wind was strong enough to scare me a little bit thinking it was a tornado. It nearly uprooted the windmill in the yard and blew over an old tree trunk right onto my rock pile. We also went without power for about 4 hours.
