Theres an alternate route. You can just buy a bullhead. A bullhead is sort of like a clod but its a semi. Its called a tamiya bullhead

ie, it is basically a Clod with a Semi body on it. It is by no means a true semi.

I don't know of any sites that are deticated to Clod Semis, but there are quite a few examples around the net though.

im not talking bull head, im talking making a custom body to mount a bunch of axles on so it will be like a reall semi

thanks, yes i mean 6x6. and i just want to find some stuff out about them, it would be neat to make one with a txt-1 set up

To power both rear axles using TXTs, the problem is going to be creating a means of fabbing an output shaft from the front axle to the rear. It can be done of course, but it will take some fabbing to drive the rear axle.

that would be kick *** having it go axle to axle, im gonna try to build a txt-1 semi with axle to axle rear drive... but first i need to get some txt axles and tranny

The TLT axles would be easiest to make a 6x6. Just use some parts from a Tamiya 1/14 semi axle. The TLT axles are modified semi axles so the parts are interchangable. Check out some of the full scale euro-trials trucks.
