Maybe I do want a dog after all <iframe width="640" height="510" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/NEmDHO9rLGY?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> |
Australian shepherds are some of the smartest dogs I've ever trained and owned. These dogs are smarter than most owners in MANY MANY cases. They generally make excellent search & rescue dogs & farm pets because they have SO MUCH ENERGY, they're generally mellow unlike a lab but can work right along with a lab and some will out work labs quite easily. Some shepherds have a history of not following commands well and usually it's because they were bread to act on their own protecting livestock. Now I want another, damn you. Especially for the beer, however I'll be wanting a kegerator soon so that could get interesting..... |
i love my blue heelers, related to austrailian shepards. |
i almost got an Australian shepherd but then i saw Floyd, my blue heeler cross with a golden retriever and couldnt say no. ...he honestly isnt that smart hahaha he is always eating little fuzzys off the carpet. but i think he is smart but just plays dumb. http://s1081.photobucket.com/albums/...t=SDC11850.jpg |
cool idea. but yea right. my dog is such a counter surfing crumb snatcher that he wouldn't just stop at beer. i mean check out my " childproof " locks... http://i52.tinypic.com/dmtzch.jpg and the neato mess he gave. http://i53.tinypic.com/35kq5nt.jpg he's awesome "thumbsup" |
Why was it so easy to know beer was involved just by looking at the thread title.....?:flipoff: |
Cause you got a big brain! |
Mine goes to work when I go, sometimes he can't wait to get out of the truck. He saw the job and was ready. http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/m..._7984500_n.jpg http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/m..._4028344_n.jpg |
