| My crawler hauler
I have 2 1:6 Nylints and instead of running them over, or off a cliff, ;) I figured I'd make one a mud bogger to play with on rainey days and the other to haul my tlt's to and from the 1:1 when the crawl spot is a way off walk. I used the stock tlt tires/rims from the kit, and some diamond plate aluminum, some 3/4" aluminum L channel and stainless screws. I made a fold down drive up ramp. I think it turned out better then I expected for filling a night of otherwise bordom. Last edited by freetimecrawler; 05-16-2006 at 12:52 AM. |

That looks great!!!! I had an idea for you, and I wanted to make it a visual, but then I remembered that I suck with P'shop. But maybe you can get the jist from this crappy rendering. |

Hmm, interesting. I would have to change the tlt tires to something bigger I'm sure, but that could work. Right now I can fit my 15" wb clod with the edges of the wheels sticking off a little and 1 tlt, or 2 tlt's. It would be nice to haul both clods and both tlt's. | |

looks great freetime, I really like the ramps! I am working on some for my hauler now. It's just a little to high right now for the 2.2 's. try nylint tires on your trailer, they work great and they are CHEAP at wal mart. |

Looks awesome, Unimoger/freetimecrawler can you get underneath pics? Also think that you guys could make me a chassis with just flat sheetmetal not spendy diamond plate! |
