So is there really someone holding the camera? You don't see anyone in the video even when the camera pans. Odd.

| One of the comments explains how they think it was done. I concur. "ok looks to me from the opening shot that this is actually a small bridge. I would think that the operator is under the bridge with the camera attached to a pole or something. that way he could easy turn the camera around and extend it to give the impression of someone standing up or down." |

WOW, I saw quite a bit of track flex as each wheel went over. had to be a remote camera.
