I was watching cops one time and a guy with sagging pants tried to run away, his pants fell down, tripping him and he was caught.

The cop told him as he loaded him into the car, "If you had pants that fit, I'd have never caught you"

They made a law back home in Michigan that u can get fined for indecent exposure if u sag ur pants to much.

I love my Levi 569 nice middle ground no belt sagging but nothing too tight at all.
