That really wasn't a knock on firearms. Wasn't meant to be anyway. I just personally have a love affair with knives. I've fired many guns before, big, small, exotic and mundane. But I love the simplicity of knives and the workmanship that goes into a well-made knife. Again, no disrespect intended towards firearms or those that like them. Also, OPINEL knives are not fancy or expensive in any stretch of the imagination. They were known as peasants knives when they first came about. And they are still finely crafted and relatively cheap for the excellent quality.

Here is my 6" Buck I've had since I was a kid. I carry it when hunting or sometimes just when I'm out in the woods.


And here is my everyday carry when it was new. It's the best knife I've had in a long time. Holds its edge very well.

New Rico knife for every day use with my favorite Pistol, Kimber Ultra Carry II. Knife handle is Sinker Redwood and Water Buffalo Horn.

While looking for somthing else i fell over this Little thing collecting dust.



And a week ago i made this Group with my ,22 FX Cyclone pcp air rifle.

82 M / 89 yards, fairly strong wind from behind and left, 5 shots, can hanging in bush and moving a Little in the Wind.

Here is mine:
Mossberg 500 Cruiser 8 shot

UGT light/laser combo
Hiviz front sight

Top rail, ready for some sort of optics (whenever I can make up my mind)
Pistol grip replaced with Phoenix adjustable stock with shell holder

Loaded with 2 shots low recoil 00 buck, 3 shots regular load 00 buck, 2 regular load slugs, and more 00 buck and slugs on the holder
I'm also piecing together an AR but it's not much to look at right now, just a stripped lower and a box of parts.

This gun has been almost 3 years in the making, I finally got the last part I needed to be able to put it together last night, a piece of paper. I still need to figure out what red dot I want to put on it, at that point the backup sights will come off. I've also already purchased an Advanced Armament Corp Ti-Rant suppressor for it and am waiting on piece of paper so I can pick that up.

I don't think you could find a better house gun, 32 rounds of 9mm personal protection rounds fired silently.
